Suite pricing varies by size. Stations are simple:
• Salon stations: $600/month
• Nail stations: $450/month
Lease Details
• Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
• Security deposit: $500, refundable when you move out if the space is reset to how you found it.
• Lease length: Terms vary. Longer leases come with lower rates and require a list of references we can contact.
